Advance Registration
Participants who are pre-registered will benefit by way of reduced registration fee as well as having their entire documentation ready on arrival at the conference registration desk. Please enter our On-line Registration System (Amarys).

*Personal IUPAC members will be refunded 10% of the conference fee when showing their membership card at the conference desk.

The deadline for on-line registration is July 16, 2010.
Banquet tickets may be available on site upon vacancy.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations of registration and banquet must be made in writing to the Secretariat.Refunds will be made as follows, according to the postmark date on the notification of cancellation. All refunds by credit card will be credited to the same card that was used for the payment. Cancellation fee, bank charges and exchange rate differences will be deducted based on the total payment.
Until Saturday, June 12, 2010 ----- 80% refund (minus bank transfer charge/ handling charge)
On and after June 13, 2010 ----- No refund
